i'm a vegan, straight-edge, runner. XVX as the kids call it.
i run around 60 miles a week. some weeks a little more (my high is 79 miles in a week) and some a little bit less.
i love yoga, too.
i don't drink. i don't do drugs. i like to read.
I just finished the last high mileage week before my 50 miler… 12 days left. I know we are going to kill it but, I am tired and hungry all the time and getting nervous. So send all the positive vibes this way for the next couple weeks and just ignore me if I ramble on about nothing other than running running running.
